  Tim Hortons needs to get a new manager for this store to overhaul it, or if they decide that it is not worth it they should close the location.

  Their food almost always dissaoints me. The only things you can count on to be decent is there bagels and their donuts. Their hot chocolate is standard and the shots can shake it up a bit. Just don't expect a lot when ordering food here.

  Every time I get food here It is cold! My coffee has been cold as well. This is usually when I go through the drive thru.

  We have gone here a few times and they are always "out" of all of their heated food other then canned soup (we have been there at 7 or 8pm). They are understaffed and we once waited for 40 minutes in line only to find out they did not have my first three choices of items to order. Another time we went there they burnt my bagel, probably because they only had 2 staff and 15 customers. Then they used a line up barricade to block off all but two tables in the restaurant when there were 15 customers presumably because they don't want want to clean them afterwords.

  Offers less then half of their advertised menu (not the good half) and poor customer service from employees that care more about being inconvienced then providing a good customer experience. Also the manager seems to not exist. Worst fast food place I have ever been too.
