  I drove from rural claresholm to use the laundromat here as they have machines that can specifically handle a heavy load of laundry and I was turned away from using their facilities because I was trying to wash dog beds there. I have never heard of this before but apparently if you wash pet stuff in their facilities they 'could' get customers after that demand being reimbursed. Laundromats are for this specific purpose and most people use them for this and you can't control what everyone washes. These dog beds were not soiled in any way, no feces or urine, just dander and hair. Heavy duty washing machines and dryers sanitize and collect the hair in the lint traps! Since I specifically know of instances that this facility has been used for the same purpose I felt extremely insulted and embarrassed by this rudeness. So I guess it's ok to wash clothes covered in pet hair but don't you dare take dog beds. I have never been so rudely talked to by a business owner in my life.
